1. Limit Drinking. You’ve probably heard this tip quite often but it’s the one that many of us don’t listen to.  You don’t need to stop drinking just limit your consumption.

2. Diet Upgrade- No is saying to go on a diet but instead your diet may need to be tweaked.  Your diet should consist of lean protein, vegetables, fruits, and limit the processed food.

3.  Strength Training- Its important to include strength training into your workouts and no this doesn’t mean lifting the remote up and down.  Get off the coach and incorporate a strength training routine in your daily routine at least 2-3 times a week.

4.  Cardio – This seems to be the most dreaded change that people don’t like making in order to lose beer belly fat but it is one of the most important.  You should aim for at least 30 minutes of cardio per day.  This doesn’t have to be all at once.  You can break it up into 3, 10 minute workouts throughout the day.

5.  No Easy Fix – If only there were a magic pill that we could take to make our beer belly fat disappear.  Unfortunately it takes a lot of hard work to see the results you want.  Avoid taking any type of diet pill because they can be very dangerous to your health.
